Soft Cheese Making Class - July 24th, 2010

Description:
This class will focus on making "soft" cheeses and will touch on cheddars as well.
Cheese that we will make in class may include:
- Panir
- Chevre & "Bag Cheese"
- Feta
- Mozzarella
- Ricotta
There will be samples of various cheeses to try while at the class.
What to Bring:
- A small plastic container and a few small zip-lock bags for taking home your samples of the cheeses.
- A pair of Yellow Playtex rubber gloves
What you will learn
- How to prepare your utensils
- How to pasteurize your milk
- Whether to use goat milk or cow milk (dependent on the cheese)
